We believe in strong relationships.
Kimberly Kent and her team are great partners with REACH at many of our developments in helping to make our buildings visually and aesthetically appealing for our residents. From the call to art to ensuring art pieces are installed properly, they work diligently to ensure their clients are satisfied with the art installations at a great price. We look forward to continuing to work with a broker that really knows our industry!
Ben Sturtz, Housing Development Project Manager, REACH CDC
As an artist, working with Kimberly has been a true joy and delight. Kimberly is an artist herself, who understands the creative process, has a fabulous vision for artwork and encouraged me to "think big" creating artwork both in size and subject matter that is rewarding. She is professional, prompt and personable. You couldn't ask for a better person to interact between artists and administration, with her knowledge in both areas.
One of the things I really enjoy about Kimberly is our ability to collaborate together. We talk about size, composition and meaning, the finished piece of art is better because of her feedback.
Susie Russell Hall, Artist
Kimberly Kent is an incredible liaison between the artist and the client. Her professionalism and clear communication of her clients needs gave me the freedom to focus on creating my work. And she's really nice.
Diane Hansen, Artist
Kimberly and her team do an outstanding job coordinating art on any sized project from an entire hospital with a large budget for commissioned art to nonprofit, housing projects with very limited budgets. I value her a great deal as an interior designer as she supports our design concepts and minimizes our time required for art selection. I would have her on every one of our projects requiring art if I could!

I would highly recommend Kimberly Kent Art Brokerage as my experience with them was terrific! We had a four year duration, multi-phased project that included one new tower, two new floors to an existing wing and final phase was remodeling three floors of an existing wing of our hospital. Kimberly Kent was with us throughout the process no matter the time and place. She was instrumental in procuring art to reflect the different cultural communities which included commissioned pieces and partnerships between artists that had not occurred before. We engaged clinical, administrative, and patient input during this process and Kimberly Kent was attentive to differing views and worked to ensure the broader vision was realized. It was obvious that the company knew all faucets of putting together a comprehensive plan for an endeavor such as this, and they kept an eye on detail and flow from one are to the next to keep congruency of design and color pallets. We were truly grateful for her artistic eye and collaborative nature. While I am no longer working at the facility where this project occurred, I would hire Kimberly Kent Art Brokerage in a heartbeat for other projects.

Kimberly Kent Brokerage did a beautiful job with the selection of interior and exterior art and artists including a number of outstanding custom pieces for The Barcelona at Beaverton, affordable housing project.
Karen Perl Fox, Formerly Housing Development Manager, Community Partners for Affordable Housing
I have been fortunate to work with Kimberly on four separate occasions and each time it has turned into a wonderful benefit for the owner and building tenants. She is great to work with and takes the time to listen to her clients in order to meet their expectations. This is possible because she has a creative eye for selecting local artists to add expression through their art that enhance the building and tenant experience.
